I am someone you might know.

I am a storyteller with a restless mind.

I am a poet with a heart tinged with melancholy.

I am a wayfarer ever curious about the world.

And I embarked on a journey to unravel the mystery about human existence.

I have always been a writer - from the second I could hold a pencil, I wrote down stories enriching my ordinary life with magic. They were about mischivous ghosts, whimsical fairies and daily happenings I turned into something mystical. At that time, I wrote these stories for myself, but now, I am working towards becoming an author and carry my thoughts and words into the world.

This project started during a crucial time in my life: my study semester in Norway. It was the final project for “Ecophilosophy” at my university in Norway. I will never forget our teachers who encouraged us to be creative and look deep inside ourselves to find our own ecophilosophy. Through the nature-related courses, we learned to describe and understand nature better – all her shapes and appearances. I was aware of the bond between nature and humans, but I had not attached words to it yet. But I feel it every time I wander between trees shrouded in mist, when I walk on soft moss sprinkled with dew and when I hear the wind singing through the leaves.

This project is an attempt to grasp nature and human existence as a writer. I share poems, songs, short stories and updates on my writer journey.

I appreciate you being here.

Questions

people frequently ask me

What are your genres?

Mainly dark and high fantasy and science fiction. I love gloomy topics that tap into psychology, but I am also fond of tales filled with fairies, elves and sorcerers. It is the fantastical aspect that captivates me, and the vastness of the world I completely sink into.

What are you inspired by?

In short: by small moments, music and impactful stories. Stories I draw much inspiration from are the Crow duology by Leigh Bardugo, Star Wars (especially the prequels and Jedi games), the Psycho Pass anime series and The Sword of Truth books by Terry Goodkind. Small moments can be of any kind, but what they have in common is that they take me by surprise. When I come across a stranger with a peculiar trait, or when someone tells me about their unique life story. All those things become part of my writing projects in some way or another. Music is a universal language everyone understands, so when I am touched by specific soundtracks (especially soundtracks), I burst with inspiration - it is as if my writing project comes to life.

What are you currently working on?

My long-term project is my dark fantasy novel I'm very attached to. I'm also working on a fanfiction and a cyberpunk story that might become a full novel.
